Gt20 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using gt20's services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By registering an account or using any part of the gt20 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

To use the gt20 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You are 18 years of age or older, or have reached the minimum age of majority as required by the laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You are using this platform for your own personal entertainment only, not on behalf of any third party or for any unauthorised commercial purpose.
  • You are not on any list of individuals prohibited by local law from using services of this nature.
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Gt20 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user found not to meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
  • All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party with your knowledge.
  • Notify gt20 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensuring that the personal information in your account is kept current and accurate at all times.

Gt20 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Users are strongly advised not to share their password with anyone and to use a unique, strong password.

Platform Usage Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following on the gt20 platform:

  • Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Cheating, impersonating another person, or misusing the promotions system in any way.
  • Distributing harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content through the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical systems of the gt20 platform.

3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the gt20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for understanding the current exchange rates if they use international payment methods, although this is not encouraged.

Payment-related terms:

  • Deposit: All deposits are processed through approved payment methods including FPX and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go. Confirmed deposits are final and cannot be reversed.
  • Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to internal compliance review. gt20 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
  • Minimum amount: Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change.
  • Processing time: Processing times vary by method. Deposits are typically processed almost instantly, while withdrawals may take up to several business days.
  • Unclaimed funds: Account balances left inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactive account policy, of which users will be notified.

Gt20 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to review their provider's own terms before making any transaction.

4. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension and Closure

Gt20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
  • Requests from relevant authorities or for legal compliance purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be recoverable, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, gt20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of data, service disruptions, or unexpected game outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software found on the gt20 platform are the exclusive property of gt20 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Third-Party Services

The gt20 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment providers, game providers, and content delivery networks. Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. gt20 is not responsible for the privacy practices or content governed by third parties.

Changes to These Terms

Gt20 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the gt20 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate tribunal or court in Malaysia.
